President Trump Delivers Brutal Blow on Illegal Immigration… Liberals in an Outrage

Kirsters Baish| Past administrations did nothing to enforce immigration laws, leaving the American people in a very bad place. President Donald Trump is the first President in a long time who is actually willing to change the way things are done in our country. Liberals are having a hard time with the change. Jorge Garcia is definitely one of those liberals. The foreign national was just deported back to Mexico after having lived illegally in our country for 30 years. His family has spoken out about the decision to deport him.

Jorge’s wife, Cindy Garcia was interviewed by CNN and stated, “I’m trying to be strong. I just want to get my story out there.”

Cindy Garcia went on, “As depressed as I am — and I just want to scream and cry and lay in bed and not move — I know that I have to come forward for the people who cannot, and tell our story. And how devastated we are that our case should have been looked at as an individual case and not as a whole because my husband is not a criminal.”

The issue is that the case is being used by leftists to force a movement against immigration laws which we so desperately need. They are rallying against President Trump. They don’t seem to see that there are more illegal immigrants entering our country than we can take care of or support. What are we supposed to tell American citizens? That there are no jobs or houses or government funds to help them because it all went to supporting illegals?

The Detroit Free Press reported:

“Jorge Garcia was brought to the U.S. by an undocumented family member when he was 10 years old. Today he has a wife and two children, all of whom are U.S. citizens. His supporters say he has no criminal record — not even a traffic ticket — and pays taxes every year.”

It has been said that Jorge Garcia was attempting to gain a lawful United States residency, and had been trying since the year 2005. He ran into some issues and has been staying in our country on borrowed time since Obama was in office.

The Hill reported:

In November, Jorge Garcia, who was too old to qualify for protection under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, was ordered to return to Mexico by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after receiving extensions of his removal since 2009.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement gave Garcia an extra extension so he was able to spend the holiday season with his family in the United States. While the case is hard to look at because by all indications Garcia is the kind of person that we essentially want immigrating to our country, the problem is that he wasn’t here legally, and legalities have a lot to do with right and wrong. We cannot make an exception for one man but turn another man away.

It’s a sad story because Garcia was brought across the border when he was a young child. If reports are true, he has been trying everything in his power to make his citizenship legal. He has done all that he should do, but the system has worked against him. The problem is that Garcia was here illegally, whether it was his fault or not.

According to the Federation for American Immigration Reform, at least three of the 9/11 highjacks were in America after overstaying on their visas. Therefore, they were in the country illegally at the time of the attack. This is the issue. Not all immigrants are bad people, actually far from it. But, there are bad people in every group, and we cannot simply allow anyone to waltz into our country illegally.

Border Patrol officers and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents aren’t the ones who need to make the decisions of who can stay and who must go. This is the job of law enforcement agencies such as ICE.

This case just proves how broken of a system DACA is. Our country is in dire need to re-vamping when it comes to the immigration system as a whole. The majority of Americans are not against immigration, this includes conservatives. The majority of Americans just want to see people coming into our country legally. They must be properly vetted before walking the streets with our citizens.
